What is an Eighth Shot of Espresso?
It is Annie's Creative Hub, a collection of sites across social media and beyond. There will be plans to highlight other creative artists, encourage networking and promote upcoming projects.
Where did the name come from?
Sometimes I feel like I don't have enough energy to do anything creative (fellow parents will understand). I'm a coffee drinker, a necessity when you have three kids under 12 years old. Granted I haven't downed eight shots of espresso (the most I've had is two...) but with motherhood and chronic illness, I believe in the power of the mythical eight shots of espresso.
